CANCELLATION POLICY

Polish values the time and needs of every client and Nail Technician. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancelations at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable able to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: ● 24 hours or more in advance - no fee ● Less the 24 hours in advance - 50% of the cost of services booked Same day cancelation - 100% of the cost of services booked No-shows-100% of the cost of services booked
