CANCELLATION POLICY

Polish values the time and needs of every client and Nail Technician. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancelations at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable able to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: ● 24 hours or more in advance - no fee ● Less the 24 hours in advance - 50% of the cost of services booked ●Same day cancelation - 100% of the cost of services booked ●No-shows-100% of the cost of services booked ●Polish reserves the right to refuse a service if a client arrives later, then 15 min after start of the service time.
